Tamil Manram is proud to present Kavingar Kannadasan vizha. This event is going to be
celebrated in conjunction with our annual Tamil New Year, Chithiraik Kondaattam
celebrations.
It is an all-day grand scale event with kavi arangam, patti manram, speaches, dance, and
light music to celebrate the achievements of this modern day poet. We have very special
guests and scholars from Tamil Nadu on this occasion.
Our special guests include Kalai Maamani Solvendar Suki Sivam.
He is an orator par excellence, an inspirational writer, a spirutual scientist, a visionary,
and a social marketeer.
Ilankai vaanoli fame world broadcaster Abdul Hameed will also grace the occasion. He is
famous for his Pattu Paada Vaa show in Raj TV.
Dr. Sudha Seshayyan, a medical professor, administrator, and feted orator will enthrall us
with her knowledge. She is arguably the most thought provoking and brillian Tamil woman
orator in modern times.
Kavi Maamani Abdul Khader will also honor us on this occasion. Raj T.V. Akata Vikatam fame
Abdul Khader is a leading orator and a Tamil scholar.
Sollin Selvi thirumathi. Umayaal Muthu is well known to the bay area. She has been the judge
for very many popular debates. She is Tamil orator and is one from our own community.
There will also be an entertainment evening of light music by Lakshman Shruthi.

the day sessions, the light music event in the evening, and includes lunch and dinner.
- Evening-Only tickets are $80, $60, and $35. Evening-Only ticket includes admission
to light music event in the evening, and includes dinner.
- Tamil Manram Lifetime Sponsors receive 10% discount on all categories. Other types
of members receive 5% discount on all categories.
- Early bird discount of 5% is available to non-members until March 31, 2010.
