Tamil Manram is proud to present Grand Nadhaswaram Concert by thiru. S. Kasim and
thiru. S. Babu, Grandsons of Padma Sri Dr. Sheik Chinna Moulana.
Chief guest for the event is thiru. Tamilaruvi Manian, an avid writer and great orator
whose eloquence of Tamil language is truly like aruvi.

About the artists:
- Trained under their own maternal grandfather, Dr. Sheik Chinna Moulana.
- Special Nadaswaram Vidwans of Thirumala Tirupati Devastanam

- Have been presenting duet Nadhaswaram concerts, for the past 12 years
- Honoured by Sri Sankaracharyas of Sri Kanchi and Sri Sringeri Peetams.

The brothers have accompanied Dr.Sheik Chinna Moulana in many of his concerts
throughout the length and breadth of India and also in foreign countries.
Kasim-Babu have been presenting duet Nadhaswaram concerts, since the past 12 years.
They are ‘A’ Grade Artistes of All India Radio and Doordharshan. Kasim-Babu visited
countries like Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Russia, Germany, France, U.A.E, Finland,
Malaysia and earned accolade in their concerts. The brothers have performed in many
important concerts like South Zone Hook up Concert organized by All India Radio,
Akashvani Sangeeth Sammelan Concert organized by All India Radio at Hubli,
Sangeethostav at Bhopal organized jointly by central sangeet Natak academy,
New Delhi and Ustat Allauddin Khan Sangeet Akademy, Bhopal.

Vizha with Kavi Arangam, Patti Manram, Nattuppura Kalai, Nadanam, and more.
thiru. Jothi Kannan, renowned Silambam Master from Tamil Nadu will present
a special demonstration of Silambam and Kuthu Varisai on stage. Please do not

Tamil Manram will be staging a mega production of amarar Kalki’s "Ponniyin Selvan"
during October/November 2009.
We are calling for actors, volunteers, and production assistants for this play. If
you want to take part and audition for a part in the play, please come to the
Grand Nadhaswaram concert on June 21, 2009 to Windemere Ranch Middle School, San Ramon. Audition will be held prior to the concert in the same hall.
